David Price currently serves as an Independent Director to TEN Holdings Inc. Since January 2023, Mr. Price has been the Managing Partner at Avonwood Capital Partners Private Equity Fund, overseeing investments in the healthcare sector. He also serves as the CFO at TZVECL DBA Elevate Eyecare. From December 2016 to January 2022, he was the Founder and CEO of Trailblaze CFO LLC, a project-based CFO consulting firm. He was also the CFO of RevZilla Motorsports LLC from April 2011 to December 2016. Mr. Price holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Drexel University (2007) and an MBA from Villanova University (2016).
