Naoaki Mashita is the Founder and Group CEO of V-Cube, Inc., which acquired Xyvid in 2021. Mr. Mashita established V-Cube in 1998 while studying at Keio University, and he has successfully grown it into a publicly listed company in Japan. V-Cube is recognized as a leading innovator in visual communication, offering solutions for web conferencing, online events, telemedicine, e-learning, and other remote communication-related services. Today, V-Cube operates across Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Europe, and the United States. Based in Singapore, Mr. Mashita frequently travels worldwide to drive the company’s global expansion.

In addition to his role as Group CEO of V-Cube, Mr. Mashita serves on the boards of several major enterprises and startups. He also chairs a working group within the Japanese government’s Regulatory Reform Committee, dedicated to driving significant changes in Japan.
